Asus zenfone 2 or Alcatel one touch idol 3 ?

You guys have probably heard about it. Just Google best budget phones of 2015 and it'll be most likely that these phones are gonna pop up. These are really great smartphones for the price. When you see how well these perform you might think why a 650$ smartphone is justifiable. Oh yeah and the zenfone, it's got a whopping 4 gigs of ram. Yep that's right 4 gigs. But I'm leaning towards the idol 3. Cause it's got a nicer screen, front firing speakers, decent performance and a nice build. Not to mention you can get these for like 250$-300$ range. But what do you guys think ? Which one should I get, the zenfone 2 or the Alcatel one touch idol 3 ?
