Mylot means teamwork

Teamwork is what mylot is all about. We all work together to make the discussions what they are, with lots of responses and commets. When you think about mylot is being work though, it is more fun that work. The interactions that are done here are awesome, and some of them go on and on. I, for one, feel the more interaction, the better. If I want interaction then I must interact back, as that is what makes mylot what it is. So, lets all get in there, and give our opinions, and make them go as far as we can. I have one discussion that has lots of comments, each day, and I can't tell you how many it has now, but it is one of those disccussions that started out with a topic, and the comments end up being something else. I am having the best time interacting with others, and tthey are interacting back. So, lets all go and have fun, and remember to interact and keep them going.

I absolutely agree! With mylot designed as a 'discussion' site, it needs to have people interacting. The more people who interact the better it is for both the site, and us in general. For interaction not only earns us a few pennies, it helps us to get to know others on the site, which can lead to friendships. So 'interaction' then becomes a win-win situation for all.

@TexanTornado Nicely put sweetie. However there are a some people who seem to be stuck to their old groups in their previous sites.. while it is fun to do so we also need to spread our wings and search the broader horizons.what do you think?

Ok, my thoughts; while everyone has a tendency to stay with what is familiar to them (myself included), one does have to venture outside their comfort zone to be able to bridge gaps or open themselves up to new things.
Now don't make me think again. You know what it does to me.

Not all discussions are blessed with continuous interaction however interesting they may be. It has all to do with the time zone factor. Indians particularly suffer due to this and then there is the timeout warning that puts a brake on participation.
I have accepted this although I do feel that my posts do not attract the kind of interaction that they truly deserve. Its all in the game I suppose. I have seen some silly and worthless topics getting scores of responses and again with silly responses. I have yet to learn the art of being silly

i'm a tad confused o'er the time zone thingy 'n how that effects such? i'm havin' troubles gettin' more'n a couple folks to show up under my 'people' thingy coz many that i'm tryin' to follow aint there? found this'un under explore...perhaps i jest aint doin' somethin' correctly?

teamwork means all people here in mylot have to take part and do good work all together,we have to learn and help who dont know how to use.teamwork means all team efforts equal for work.

@besweet They certainly are. I never thought that i would get as many comments as I have, but that is where interaction comes in, and I am just so glad that people like my discussion enough to comment back. That makes me feel really good too.

Well said.. Without interacting no one is going to earn anything. I am learning a lot here as well as having fun. I never though I would enjoy chatting with people so much.. but I do. I do notice a few people just post discussions and hardly interact. I wish they would read this post.

i have noticed too, that some just post discussions and don't interact. They do need to read the faq;s and guidelines. You would think they would want to interact, as it is so much fun, and we end up laughing and joking, and that is great.

Mylot used to be such where someone would respond to a discussion, get a comment to that one, but no interaction. Now, things are so much nicer as the interaction is so much fun, and I am leaning a lot from everyone, while earning at the same time.

yes its teamwork because we only earn when we are doing work all together by responding and commenting,so we have to make friends then interacting so its only done by team work and all become close to all and feel like family.if we do more teamwork and strong then we earn more.

You are rigfht, and not everyone feels that way, and I don't understand why. They might not understand the concpt of the interaction, and I hope that soon they will start doing what is required of them in here and start interacting as well.

@birjudanak Some only care about theselves earning and so therefore they don't interact, as they don't care whether others earn or not, and that isn't right. Those people I have no use for at all.

@rosekiss some are just thinking that we have to earn by anyhow but this is not good thing,we have to work by teamwork and if we together so some work then it will definitely good.they have to more interact with new people and find more friends,so if more friends then more earning then more joy.

yes it does require teamwork and I really love to interact oh I make a few posts too b ut I enjoy interacting even more and we all help each other to earmtoo and to make friends here too;II find myself involved n some really interestikng discussions at times.

I do too. Some of the comments end up going way off topic and take on a life of their own, but that is okay, as it keepes the duscssions going that way, as long as the interaction keeps going. I love to interact too, and sometimes it is so hard to get others to interact as well. I have to start my own discussions, or respond to other ones to create more notificatons.

I don't mind suggestions at all, as if I can respond to them I do. I don't do all of them though, as it depends on the topic and if it interests me or not. Feel free to suggest them and if I am interested in them, I will respond to you.

You are so right. The way mylot was before it changed, there was no interaction like there is now. People would respond, and the one that startted the discussion would comment back, but that is all there was. As long as there were responses, and comments it stayed alived, but they didn't end up like some are now, very lomg with lots of comments, and interaction.

@marlina The interaction that we do now, is different, as on the old mylot, we only got paid for what we did. We sould respond or comment to a discussion, and that would be it. No way to interact like now. I think that is the best feature of mylot.

Welcome to mylot. Yes, there is a great group of people here. I had a bit of a problem navigating the site at first too, as it is laid out different than the old mylot was. Once I started posting in here, and looked around, it did become easier, and I am glad for that. You will find it easier too the more you come in here. I love the interaction as it brings us all together, and that is what mylot wants us to do.

@fawkes62 It took me a little time tofigure out how to start a discussion. I know it shouldn't have, but I never paid attention to the pencil in the top right corner. Once I figured it out, then it became easier to navigate my way around.

I am so glad, as mylot is a very good place to male lots of friends. I have made a lot of friends here too, and icontinue to make more. I am so happy for all of them too. Everyone is a blessing to have, and the more friends we all have, the more we can interact, and the more money there is to had by all of us.
