One cent at a time
Slowly but surely I’m getting there, getting closer. To be fair I’ve not been around that much or the time I would like to be around.
Every day which goes by I say I need to do that little bit more than I bid yesterday, but never happens. I just need to push myself that little bit more.
It feels like I’m on the winning straight though with my earnings and the goal is in sight.
Do you set out at the start of the day with plans of what you are going to be doing, then slowly those plans disappear and don’t get done or not what you have liked to have gone done.

I really don't plan my day out as I never know from one day to the next what I will be doing. Most days though, I come in here, and spend quite a bit of time in here, before, I take a break, and then do some more.I do have a goal to reachpayout this month, and it is within reach now, and I will make it and then some, and I am glad about that, as I have worked so hard to get to the point I am at right now.

@kevin1877uk I will be there by the weekend too.I won't be in tomorrow, but I will be in on Sunday, so I will more than likely get it then, or if I work hard, I might even get it today.

@kevin1877uk It is not in my hands, although I make it a point to comment on every response I get many just like and leave it at that, but there are some genuine members who respond and carry forward the discussion ...I wish our posts too earned a little something...I do miss the old mylot where our responses earned us and it was a motivating factor !

I do start most days with some sort of check list (one of the items on which is "MyLot"). If I'm lucky and there are only three or four major things on the list, I will generally finish or, at least, deal with all of them.
The main problem I have is that I may say, "OK. I can spend an hour on MyLot!" and then, when I'm maybe a third of the way through, I look up and see that TWO hours have passed already!

Loli know wat you mean, you can't just be here for an hour unless you set an alarm or something. I've lost so many hours here already.

It's quite normal that many people like to make plans but fail to accomplish them. But I still think making plans is a good habit so long as such plans are workable. We'd better not make too many plans which will make us feel exhausted. Just write down one or two what we must do today and try to finish them without reasons, then we will gradually accumulate more confidence.

Some days it happens, yes. I make lots of plans every day but if I have to stay at the office overtime, everything collapses. I have some exercise classes that I want to attend every week and I have a goal to get fit again. But when I miss classes, I have to extend the deadline to achieve the goals. It's the same with my online activity, if I miss a day then my whole schedule is behind.
I hope you will manage to motivate yourself more and do a little bit more effort every day towards your goal.

It is good to see the cents adding up. But when you have a real deadline to fulfill it is a bit painful to wait to see those cents changing. lol

It happens to me a lot. I do make plans sometimes, but I try to be realistic and not expect everything will go as planned so there won't be too much disappointment when things don't turn out the way I wanted.

Lately my life is very much that way. It is like walking through mud to get anything done. You will get to be here more as time goes by. I have goals and plans in mind but often only achieve half of them.

I've been too busy reading lately to post all that much. But now that I finished and it was a great ending I'm recharged and ready to get back into it.
