About Corduroy

When I was much younger there was a time when corduroy jackets were very popular. I loved to own one or two of those of different colors. I also had a jumper made out of corduroy. But now it doesn't look like it is very fashionable to wear corduroy.
Do you think corduroy will become a trend again soon?

I think that I would compare corduroy like I would plaid. It is in style if you can wear it and if you like it. I think that you have to have a very slender figure to pull off corduroy. So based on that it suits me just fine that it isn't in style these days, even though it was awfully warm, wasn't it?

@sueznewz2 They really are warm and comfy aren't they? I love the wide wale ones that look like velvet. I guess that I'm showing my retro age here-lol

@Juliaacv yes thats definitely retro ... lol's, but I prefer the narrow ones ... I think it was called needlecord, cos it was narrow....

I thought it had come back in fashion, or is that just in spain..? I have two pairs of corduroy trousers.... I love them, so warm and soft and comfy....
