Do we have a throw away society?

I believe so....we have turned into people that believe everything is disposable. Look at us....when our grandparents had a vehicle they kept it till it could run no longer, now we keep it till we see something we want more; we cleaned our plates at dinner time, we didn't wasted food; our clothes were hand me downs for our brothers, sisters, cousins; pets, you kept them their whole lives...you didn't just toss them out on the side of the road or dump at a shelter....yes, yes we are.... What say you?

A new car means a whole new set of obligations each month. Probably not in my life time, but I hope some day the world will learn to eat real food, grown on church and school grounds. Down with useless grass! Up with nourishing food being grown by congregations and other common people.

@sallypup that is a good way to utilize the property instead of wasting it
