Did you know it is also a diuretc? / myLot

I guess today was National Coffee Day. So I was thinking about coffee. My daughter made some of "her killer coffee" and this made me start thinking........I wonder if people realize that not only does coffee have caffiene in it but that it is also a diuretic. A diuretic is something that produces urine. For me it gets the entire ball rolling and my system wakes up totally. I wonder....?

I love coffee and it's nice to know that it does have some medical benefits.

I think people probably know that if they drink coffee every day. I went to dunkin today and got my coffee. I'm not a real coffee drinker but I like it from time to time.
