I thought so, I have also noticed the offers do not pay as much as it states.

MyLot are currently trying to resolve several issues with the Offers section. At first there was a problem with the geotargeting of the offers. That has been addressed and now seems to be working at least partially. I have also completed an offer which should have paid me (4 cents) which I haven't seen yet.
It's important to understand that MyLot don't control the offers that you see. They are provided by a separate company and any issues have to be resolved by communication with a third party (and probably to a level beyond that, too).
If you are having problems, you should send a message (informational - not in a complaining tone, please!) with full details of the offers you have completed, any errors you encountered and other details which you think relevant to @mylotbugs
