I had to come up with a unique gift a few years ago for some special ladies that were visiting a club I belonged to. I was doing a few decoupage projects on wood and decided to try it on a small bottle with some modge podge and torn pieces of tissue paper. I then made some flowers out of the left over tissue paper and hot glued them to kabob skewers, added a note card and a little plastic foliage and this is what I came up with. They were well received by our guests at the club. They asked where they could by them. When I told them they were hand made they were touched that I took the time to make them such a pretty gift. It is quick, easy inexpensive and instructions on how to make tissue flowers is on you tube.do you have any quick easy gift ideas?

You are very clever to make such a beautiful gift, I'm not surprised that the recipients were delighted.

beautiful and creative work. Sadly have no such craft skills. I sometimes print out and sign poetry pamphlets I have written as gift for friends
