Broccoli and cauliflower for lunch

I was seeking for something to write about while I decided what to have for lunch. I want to cook something easy that I like very much as tomorrow I will have friends at home and yesterday I went to bed too tired after the market and putting away the food I bought. I was also reading a post here about Bubblews and went there to start deleting my posts(I could not find where to do it). It was Bubblews who finally gave me the idea of a posr with this sentence: "Something I once hated but now like is..." And I remembered the cauliflower I bought yesterday. At least I got done half of what I want to do. Si here it is. I can still remember some food I loathed when I was small. I would stay seated at the table for hours with my plate of cauliflower. At home we had to finish what was in our plates befire we asked for permission to get up from the table. Now cauliflower is a must for me. And I am thinking about just steaming some cauliflower and broccoli and make a big green salad with lettuce, arugule and avocado on the side. Dear cauliflower, you are taking a sweet revenge. Now I cannot live without you. BTW, any of you knows how to delete Bubblews posts? I´ll wait for an answer while I have lunch.

I have deleted a few there unless they have done something there now to stop us from deleting. I will go there and check.

adding cheese is a wonderful way to have those vegetables

I am leaving them there, not going to delete. Broccoli and cauliflower were not in my menu as a child but I like them now. I would want some meat or cheese with the meal you are having, though, or some nuts.

I could boil a couple of eggs. I did not buy cheese yesterday as I´m a cheese addict and I´m overweight

I would definitively add some nice cheese and melt it on the veggies.
