The Breaking Point

I believe that all of us have our own saturation or breaking point. We are just humans who cannot always say yes or no to someone or something. We have our limits especially when we feel that enough is enough.
Do you set your limits to everything in your life? Do you really know the right time when to make decisions saying no or yes?
Why wait for the outburst reaching that breaking point when we can set the boundaries in the first place?

There are a lot of things that will tick us ff but only we can decide how to respond to it. I find that at times even when one makes the decison not to blow up, it can still happen

I hate noise. If I told you not to make the noise for two times, but you kept ignoring my warnings, I would choose to leave or let you leave.

I do not also like noise and if we can get rid of it then its good or if not, we can just walk away from it
