Diary – Wednesday 7th October 2015 / myLot

I had the house to myself all day and night as my Mum was away staying with friends. It was nice to have so much peace and quiet and freedom to watch TV without distractions. I got confirmation of a job interview for Thursday morning so I did lots of preparation for that. I skipped going out drinking with friends as it is not a good idea before an early interview. I always have the option of watching whatever I want on television, but it does not help a great deal because nothing of interest is shown most of the day.

That often happens to me too - the more channels to choose from the less there is worth watching.

@arthurchappell This is sadly true, extra channels simply mean extra soap operas and reality shows.

@arthurchappell Gave up on watching regular TV. Nothing really to watch on TV here in Latvia. I watch movies over the net or pop in a video. Good luck on your interview.
