Blue screen of death on computer

For the past couple of months, my computer has shut down and restarted on its own for no reason. Then I get the blue screen of death on my MacBook Pro, stating it restarted for a problem--but it doesn't mention what kind of problem it is or was for me to fix it. And down below, there's some Oriental language underneath it. I have reported this to Apple Support Forum many times and haven't heard back to them. I wish this blue screen of death would stop. Does this happen to you who have a MacBook Pro or Air? Do you know why it happens?

I have some problems with my computer monitor too.
It has to do with memory card.
I think if you know how to open up the CPU, you can try to re-seat the memory card, and see if the situation improves.
It is not likely to be a monitor problem, or software problem.

How do I open the computer to re-seat memory card? I might have to get my brother to help me out with this, if it happens again. Any other alternatives to fix memory?

I'm still on Windows so I can't help you on this one, sorry. Never used a Mac

Oh dear. I've found out from Apple last week and two weeks ago. It's called a kernel panic.
I've did Disk First Aid and then Desktop Analytics, which showed they were no problems with it. It lasted a week before it crashed last week.
So I had to re-install Yosemite for Apple before I've downloaded it and installed El Capitan this weekend. So far so good.

That's interesting. My computer automatically restarts after it quits and shuts down. What's considered to be safe mode?

Okay. I hate the rainbow bouncing ball, when my applications aren't responding. You have to force quit it and try again.

If the computer crashes that often it's usually due to some hardware problem. I'm not sure how to figure out the problem on a Mac though, sorry.

Oh dear. I did have to take my laptop in this past May to fix the hard case, since I had issues with the keys and the restart button which was stuck. Thanks for letting me know. I would keep it in mind if it happens again this fall.
