A while ago the Bank offered me a new credit card. I could have it besides my old one and it had lots of addicional benefits. So I accepted.
I decided not to use it while out of the country si I took it out after I came back.
I could not use it in the 2 places I tried to use. The cashier said the password was invalid.
So now I have a card I cannot use and I have to spend my precious time sorting everything with the Bank.
Have you ever got into a kind of trouble you did not have to?

Yes Marguicha. It is really amazing when these sorts of things happen.
And as if you are the one now that has to sort this out.
It should not be so difficult.
I know how annoying it is.
I hope that you will be able to get this sorted soon, and be able to use the benefits of the new card.
I hate to be doing things that should be completed and simple already.

If things are not easy, I will just turn it over.
