Will a time come when we don't need to touch money?

My salary comes to my bank account. Insurance, interbank transfers, and some purchases online - all without touching money. Vegetables and groceries only requires actual money. Will a time come when all will unite into a huge account base and people just use cards and numbers?

That would surely be interesting, but I don't think it'll happen. A lot of countries still use cash as their main form of payment. It's going to be a long time (if ever) before we get rid of actual cash.

Hey there, Ranjith. We've made a huge advance from coins to paper money, from paper money to plastic money, and now from plastic money to digital money. There are LOTS of benefits from each advance, that will include not only the practicality in how the transactions are done but also the security. However, I don't think we will ever extinguish paper money. We will reduce it, considerably, as we have already been doing. But not extinguish. The paper money and the coins ARE the real money. The virtual money or the plastic money are still involving this money, eve though we don't see it. Also, there are places which will still prefer fresh money, live money. Paper money and coins allow you to be untracked. Nobody knows how much you have paid, where have you bought or when, except for you and the other part interested. It grants you anonymity in real life. That's another reason why I think it won't be extinguished. Regards!

Yes, I think so with the rate going on right now technology and everything it would. In fact, the astronauts are taking pills good as one whole meal. Is that freaky or not? However, we do have an advantage for all this. Since technology has advanced, even shopping will be done through the internet veggies and spices and kitchen needs You won't have a problem with marketing at all.
