Why can't they issue State ID cards at Walmart or something?

Afterall you can do everything else at walmart.
I have to go today to get my ID renewed. It's been null and void for like - oh months? I don't really need it. I don't go anywhere or do anything that makes me need it.
Except now, in order to pay my fudging medical bill, I have to get my ID renewed. It's so infuriating, really.
I'd love to go to one about 25 minutes away. It's quieter, the people are kinder, and it's safer. Not that the area of town this is in isn't safe, it's just... not my idea of safe.

exactly how i felt when i had to go get mine af ew weeks ago. its just to hard for me. kept wondering why i can't do it online since most other things can get done there

Exactly! In NC you can order duplicates online but here you can't. I mean I sorta understand the whole picture thing but even so... Just infuriating.
