Driving back from the shop today, I could hear a flapaflapaflapppaaa from the rear of the car - I had a feeling I knew what it was and gently made my way home down the twisting country lanes towards the entrance of our lane. Yep, I had a flat indeed. I have just had to spend £75 for a guy to come out tomorrow to replace that one, and another tyre as well as they looked a little thin. I would rather do it now, before winter hits us. We live up a steep mountain, and when the snow comes I would rather be prepared. Annoying aswell is that I have to wait in tomorrow between 0830 and 1730 for the tyre guy to come! Grrrr

Bummer, I hate when things like that happen and it worse when they tell you they'll be by sometime the next day as if we don't have things to get done. I sure hope it won't be too costly.

It's not overly expensive - this month we are doing ok, until this happened. I guess it serves me right for spending the money in my head! Oh well. It will give me a chance to interact here more tomorrow whilst I wait, better than pacing up and down :)

Wow a flat tire will bring you nowhere if it starts to snow.

There's no mistaking that flat tire sound. Best to get the tires ready as winter will be here soon
