Hi Mylot Friends, Now days it is fashion in India that the companies are issuing shares on premium/book building it is too bigger than the face value of the share. Some times the share price quoted lower when it was traded in stock exchanges, only some share are quoting at issue price. and few more are above the issue price, so many small investors are loosing the money when the share is quoted below the issue price.
