I never expected much out of the ordinary today but there were two pleasant surprises.
1/. On Mylot I saw my total earnings for October up to today already exceeds my earnings for the whole of September (my first month on here), with 15 days still to go to November.
2/. I got a dreaded letter from the taxman but on opening it I found that they owed me money. Only about £12.50 but better than me owing them. They actually sent me a cheque.

Both of those things sound like blessings to me. I know I'll do better than I did last month, since I only got here on the tail end of it.
Someone said somewhere that the first dollar is the hardest and takes the longest. Whoever that was spoke correctly as the second dollar is getting closer much faster than the first. Probably though, I'm figure out this place much quicker. Course, I should be organizing and not on the computer right now. Maybe I'll take a break shortly and try to get one box completed before I quit for the day.

It does get easier the more you do as your older articles and established contacts are still coming back. It will lapse a bit if you are away for long but regular activity will show your earnings building up. I see it now with mine.
