Taking notes while reviewing calls in Humanatic

This is crazy! It's like I'm working in the office. I need to take notes, when is the call connected, is it within 10 seconds, 11-29 seconds, less than a minute or connected but took over a minute or longer?
I need to do this so that I can submit a dispute. I don't have an Adobe Flash player so I have no other choice but to take notes.

Hi, @AkoPinay! I already stopped so many months ago. It's not worth it for I can't dispute. I'm very sure I always have the correct answers but because I don't have an Adobe Flash Player, I can't listen to the calls again to defend myself when I submit a dispute.
