An in between kind of day as out yesterday and tomorrow but not today. I got outside only briefly to pay some bills but barely left my room otherwise.
A book I’m expecting from Amazon isn’t due for another nine days.
I have now hit $20 on my Mylot bank. I was just short of the $10 payout threshold at the close of September (my first month here) but already on twice that needed for the close of this month. Yay!
I am involved in a book reading contest on Saturday against some very stiff competition, so I started sorting through my reading materials and what to wear for it, as well as a separate pre-Halloween house party that night too.

@valmnz I have done reading slams before, mostly for poetry though this is for reading our own adults only literature out - should be fun.

@valmnz I think it should be a good event - doing a few shows over the next few months

Can't believe I never heard of book reading contests. Is it based on speed, style --?
