I can't say I am. My son is, although I won't put him into the die-hard fans category. Yes, he watches the trilogies over and over again and he seems to know details about each one of them (I to VI).
But there really are others who would put their loyalties for the franchise up top above all others.
For a while now, we've been hearing about the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VII.
It's not due for release until a week before Christmas this year, but in the last couple days the media have been buzzing with the first release of its official trailer on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” game. On the same day, its tickets are going on sale for the first time.
As predicted, fans expectations are very high for this next installment titled Star Wars: The Force Awakens. For just a short period, the trailer has been viewed multiple million times on its official YouTube channel and the movie shattered ticket sales records. Interest in the movie was so intense that some ticket-selling sites reportedly crashed for some!
I imagine some die-hard fans would do just about anything to get hold of those tickets. Some may even attempt to live their lives by holding on to something from the film. One form of expressing one's devotion is probably by way of having tattoos related to the film. Another is perhaps by naming their loved ones after the characters of the movie. What other ways do you think people would do to show that they are indeed a Star Wars fan?

This is the first that I have heard about any new Star Wars film being released, although it does surprise me. Whatever the quality it is certain to make a vast amount of money in a short space of time. Personally I have no time for Star Wars. Despite being a strong science fiction fan, I find those films quite absurd.

NO I am afraid I am not a fan. People look at me as if I have two heads when I say I have never seen one!

I liked the first three, which ended up being the last three after they added all the prequels. I don't care for them that much. I really don't want to see the new one. I think it will be sad to see our heroes aged and not looking like heroes anymore.

One would be to host a star wars themed party. Fight Jedi style rather than wwe. Keep nicknamed like obi wan kanobi(too long I know :P). Enacting the perfect Darth Vader style. Stormtrooper in the house that would be fun. Playing the theme perfectly on an instrument of your choice. Starting your stories with once upon a time in a galaxy far far way :D
Damn I am waiting for the VII to come soon !!!

I bet they do
!

- I thought the two were unrelated...
