What do you mean by "runtime error 28"...?

Last night suddenly I got the below message on the screen... The box displays the message like" Run time error 28; Out of stack space" I clicked on the OK button. But it is repeating showing the same..... What shall I do now?....and why this shows me?...

I don't mean anything by it. I never sent you that message! You are running a program (with or without your knowledge) which was written in Visual Basic, Visual C or some other 'Visual' language and it has used up the stack space. This article should help:
