Saw a commercial for beauty products, Birch Box, just $10 a month, you get 5 products personally selected for you. "Beauty on your own terms".
Exactly how is getting 5 products that somebody else chose sent to me every month on auto pay "on my own terms"?
Seriously, I'm not going to get into another stupid auto pay thing that I have to remember to cancel.

How will you personally select the products? Online or some print catalogue?
If not, don't do it.

I got the impression the company selects for you. You probably fill out some questionnaire, like skin color, eye color, etc., and then they pick.

Are they going to email you the catalogue or do a survey on the phone or something? If not I don't see how that's supposed to be "personally selected" either.
