Today I have been waiting for more snow but none so far. Yesterday afternoon we had a few snow flakes than latter in the evening it started to stick to the ground and I was told at 10 in the evening it was hitting the ground really good. This morning the ground was damp but the snow was gone. I wonder if this is what we can expect for our winter as it is to early for snow to be falling.

It does seem rather early for snow. Here in NZ we've had some hotter than usual Spring temperatures, but are having a cold, wet patch at the moment.

You took your little trip at the right time then since you are now having cold wet weather.

I don[t really want snow at all this winter. We were snowed in for a week last year, and when it warmed up to start melting, I was so happy as I had cabin fever, and I needed to get out and get groceries. I stocked up in case it snowed lie that again, but it never did,and I was so happy about that too. We had enough snow to last us several winters. The thing of it is here in Oregon, it is very unusual to get snow, as we don't get that much if any

I would prefer not to have snow either at least not so early, this is way to early for snow and this cold weather.

@Marcyaz I know that some places have already had snow, but hopefully it has warmed up enough to melt it all. You are right though, that it is way to early to snow. I know the higher elevations can and so snow now, but now the lower elevations, at least I don't think so anyway.

With the weather, nobody can really predict.

Nobody can really say what the weather will be for sure although they try.

I love snowfall but we need to travel to hill stations here which could be costly.

I am not a lover of snow or this cold but oh well what can you do but take it as it is.
