Groups of guys carrying guns

We an't to sure why they are here we have a homeless camp on twelve strret here in washington they patrol this camping area there say 8 of them a couple of the homeless. Thought we don't need them here and why are they carrying guns we don't need them thats what was said now the police don't seem to have a problem with them but who are they?Do we need them?Why all of a sudden? no one has seen them before why do you think this happened?

There must be some reason but it may not be one that they are telling anyone about.

I don't have an idea what happened but I wish it will be sorted. We can't absolutely evade confronting nor hearing scandals these days.
