people with stinky breath

a while ago( I think two years) I met a guy that was really a wonderful person. I was really happy whenever he was around but we came across one issue: he wanted more with me and one day he tried to kiss me: but he had such a stinky breath that I couldn't go on with this. if he hadn't had such an issue maybe I would have considered dating him.
what would you have done in my case?
would you date someone with breath issues?

but i would tell him about it, maybe he would do something about his breath

Personal Hygiene is really important for a person. Experts say that a person is 10x more attractive if they smell good (all parts of the body of course). If I was in your situation (assuming im a woman), I will see to it that that guy will take care of his grooming especially the breath of that guy if I really am falling in love with him.
Since i'm a guy, I thank you for pointing out that breath is important to be taken care of for ladies. I'll keep that in mind before going out of our house. With my breath taking smell thanks to chanel and the awesome tooth paste I got. My future girlfriend can never resist the temptation to kiss me.. xD Mwahahaha. Kudos~ :)

breath should be important for every person. kissing someone with a stinky breath isn't tempting for anyone
