Bad Bosses

I assume some of us do not have formal jobs. But some of you do? Do you have what you would consider a bad boss? One of my last bosses was deranged. He practiced Medicare/Medicaid fraud, particularly on the elderly and children. One of the reasons I was hired was to help them meet compliance, but he never followed my advice. He was very greedy. I finally left and I heard a few years later, he got shut down for misappropriation of funds. I was glad to hear this. Would you say your boss has poor managerial skills?
For most people, job stress is the most significant form of stress they have. The American Institute of Stress reports that 80 percent of workers feel stress at work, and four out of 10 workers say their jobs

some bosses are like that....they only take your advice when they think you can provide them a perfect solution ....they actaully know your value and when they hire someone else of the same level as you are then the same advice of yours seems to be useless and you are no worthy person then after.....

He mistreated many employees that did not have his views. Most people left when they realized what he was doing. They surely did not want to jeapordize their licenses. But he would always say he terminated them, however, I knew better!

@hema7213 Some people just have no business in a power position. And they can wreck havoc on people's emotional status!
