Writer's Guild

Tonight being first Tuesday I have Writer's Guild. This year has been hard on me making the meetings. It's been one busy year. I had elections to deal with as a poll worker, and then there were the times I was sick, in the hospital, nursing home, or one time I just plain forgot because of all the activities I've been involved in this year.
So no forgetting tonight. I'll be leaving in about 45 minutes and be back shortly after 8 when I will once again see what you all have been up to in my absence.
In the meantime I also need to eat before I leave.
What are your plans for today, tonight?

I used to have a group of friends who got together once a month to read the previous month's writing challenge, I only remember a couple of them, which was to rewrite and twist a fairy tail (I think I turned red riding hood into a hooker, lol), and to rewrite Twas the Night before Christmas, same rhyme and pattern, different words, was fun. Miss that kind of thing

@just4him I cant remember everything I wrote, but the bad wolf was a serial killer, and lived as a caretaker in that big park in NYC or something.

hi@Just4him Im her e mylotting now as its just about 2pm so two hours til dinner time. good for you the 'Writers Guild does sound interesting to me. Enjoy your time there. I have to check my blood sugar shortly I do this three times a day have t o wait at least two hours after a meal. lol.

no plans for tonight, which is almost over now - the writing guild sounds great - hope you get lots of feedback and writing ideas there
