Hi Mylot Friends,
Instead of watching TV several hours and doing work several hours on the seat is some what likely to increase the weight of the body. We reduce the weight of the body and obesity by standing more than 6 hours per day plus some exercises may be useful to decrease the weight of the body. The survey was conducted by the team of research people of cancer society of Houston, USA conducted the test over 7000 people there are lot of chances to reduce the body wieght by standing 6 hours in a day with little exercise
