if someone offends you do you fight back or just act like nothing happened and ignore them? there are people that I think is better for you to ignore. I've felt offended in different circumstances by people that I don't think is normal to compare myself with so I wouldn't give them the pleasure of fighting back and acting the same way

It depends a lot on the circumstances. But I think that I used to react more when I was young and that now I just move on (but I don“t forget

There cannot be a general rule. There are so many factors that decide whether I would ignore or deal with the situation.

It depends. If someone is just being a "troll" and trying to annoy me, I don't react to it, because I know it will piss them off more.
If someone is seriously infringing on my entitlement, example, try to take merit for my work, then absolutely, I would show them what rock 'n' roll is all about. xD

If someone start offending you, you do the same like he or she doing.. whatever she or he saying.. just repeat it continuously.. i mean follow her voice and speak her words.. He or she'll gone mad for sure..

I would rather keep quite if someone is offending me. I do not believe in raising my voice because it does not help rather it precipitate the situation.
