Annoying Phone Calls

I love being able to see who is calling so I can decide whether or not to answer the phone. But a new local number has begun calling recently, so I finally decided I had to know who it was. I answered the phone and it was some company wanting to sell me life insurance. He began by asking my age, which I would not tell him. He asked if I was on disability. He then began the spiel about their life insurance and I told him I was not interested. He then asked if their company could call me again with more specifics and I emphatically said no. So guess what? They still call! But at least now I know who the call is coming from so I ignore them. With my smart phone, I can block annoying numbers like that. With my landline I can't block them, so I've learned to just let it ring and go about my business! I just wish they would learn to abide by people's wishes.
