hello mylot friends, i trying to control my anger as i felt so angry or sad these days ...do anyone know some best techniques to manage anger...

Sleep well and eat well. i think you are less likely to get angry after a good meal. If you want to get angry, you can think of the consequence or you can go to the toilet or have a coffee before you start to say things that you will regret.

hil thats so true just get a grip and realize you could ev en bve arrested , fined or sent to jail if yo u get angry and take a p ot shot with your fists at another person. envision that fine or thata jail cell and stop being angry

taking good meal is also great idea....but if anger occurs after taking meal then....??????

well for me If I want to control my anger and defuse a possible quarrel I walk off , count to ten, not done, count to 20 then a hundred. By that time Im cam and can go back and settle the problem peacefully.; Another thing if you are in a talk with your mate and he or she is angry lower your voice, keep your own temper then listen , give the person a chance to have his or her say then you respond. a soft answer can turn away his wrath and your own. If these do not work you need to take an anger management class.

You could be irritated. Obtaining proper rest could help with that. A change of scenery also helps. You may need some time alone. I hope you feel better.

Only the remedy for your problem is sleep. I personally tried many things but i promise sleep can get you out of your current situation.

anger get vanish by sleep...this is very weird....

@hema7213 yes you must try that. After you wake up, you wont realize something did happened.
