Let's Talk Turkey, Deep Fried, Baked, BBQ....

How will you be fixing your Thanksgiving Turkey? If you have never had a Deep Fried Turkey, you must try, so moist and delicious! I will probably bake mine this year, I always use the oven bags, turns out delicious every time!

We prefer our turkey done the traditional way, baked in our oven. It makes for the best drippings that I use for making gravy. In Canada we celebrate Thanksgiving in October, so we had it about a month ago. Its nice because then we have a couple of months before we gather again for Christmas feasts, which usually include the turkey as the star of the meal.

It is hard to beat a baked turkey, here in US Thanksgiving and Christmas are so close together. A lot of eating going on!

@Margielynn We're close to the Detroit, MI border, so we hear a lot about it and since there is so much international trading, quite often some manufacturing companies close for that day up here.

@jilybean1222 you must try it, so good, moist and yummy! You do have to have equipment to do it and must be done outdoors!

Just mentioning it makes my mouth water! I wish to try deep fried turkey but have only ever baked it before.
