Complaint Sent!

Yesterday I wrote about being disappointment about finding very little ice cream in my Ben and Jerry's ice cream tub despite it being a brand new tub. The tub contained mostly chocolate peanut butter cups and very little actual ice cream.
I sent a complaint via their website and awaiting a reply. I wonder what they will say about it and give me any vouchers to apologize? What do you think?

I would've taken a picture so you could show them as some places like to go by that when they receive a complaint. But either way I hope they get back to you on it.

Hopefully they will get back to you soon, did you take a photo to show them?
Maybe you get free ice cream for the rest of your life lol.

@kevin1877uk I paid 3.45 for it so I had to finish it. Yep it was still nice, just not as good as I would expect from the brand. Especially if I am paying that much for a tub of ice cream lol

I rarely buy ice cream although I did buy some of those Magnums that were on offer a couple of months ago! Good luck I am sure they will respond to your complaint!

I think they should send you a voucher for a free one but I love chocolate reanut butter cups so I would eat them anyway.

@gudheart (4108), they should re-imburse you or send you a replacement coupon. And an apology. I hope they do. I don't buy Ben and Jerry. We have a great company here that makes great ice cream, Mayfields,and I usually stick with them. Good luck, hope you get something ..

That's a bummer!
Perhaps if you write on their Facebook feed, Ben & Jerry's will respond to you quicker if you haven't received a response yet. I had an issue with a bank ATM and I contacted my bank via Facebook with my problem - I received a much quicker turnaround response compared to emailing.

I am sure that if they are like most companies, you will not only get a refund, but coupons, too. I once complained about some frozen fish I bought and they sent me 4 coupons for free products.

Companies will usually send you a coupon to get a free product to replace the one you were not satisfied with.
