Mssing Mylot message buttons

Yesterday i realized something funny or how do i describe it. Usually when you ope someones profile to follow them there is always the follow button,message and block button. I wanted to follow a certain person and i realized they don't have the message button. I opened another person and i found the same too. I have not checked if they have them today though. I have never seen that before
