Guaranteed living?

Would you accept a guaranteed, lifetime allowance of $75,000 per year (adjusted annually for inflation) if accepting that money meant that you could never again earn money from either work or investments?

i will accept the offer...at least it's a stable income. compare to being in employment and being scared that the company will close down due to the economic crisis.

Yes, I would accept that offer. I would volunteer doing the same thing as I do with my career and take more classes. I couldnt sit around and do nothing all day because that is just not me.

That would be a tough one for me because I like to invest when I have extra money and sell stuff on eBay. I think i would take it though, that's more then I've ever made ina year and I could live very comfortably for the rest of my life on that.

Where do I sign up and who do I have to kill for this deal? I'd love to have it. I could live on that without a problem. THat is far more then most will make in a year and I could live without earning any other money. That would be easy enough for me to do.
