All she's doing is whining about this house

My sister came over and I thought ok this will be a decent night for supper, and just catch up. We don't spend a lot of time together. Boy was I wrong! The entire time she whined and complained about her new house. She hasn't move in and she's whining about everything. She over paid for the house, and she's in denial of that. She built it from scratch with the builders (everyone said no). They have so many issues small things dents in the wall, paint wrong. Well she's the idiot paying $700,000 + $300,000 in upgrades and I wouldn't even pay $250,00 for it. I couldn't wait until she left, I can't stand listening to it anymore. She is in a dream world, I do think once her and her boyfriend move in this will break their relationship up. They don't even have house insurance on the thing yet, or know the cost of other bills. Her boyfriend is finding every excuses not to move, and I think it's because of my sister. She gave him this he has to buy a house, and she thinks he will marry, and have kids (roll eyes). She went on for 3 hours about this house, yet she has nothing to put in it. I would walk away from it now, before you move in and things start going wrong even more.
