Do you believe on efficiency?

Hi Mylot Friends, Every body think that the achievements made by him/her are the efforts of their own or they conquered them with their efficiency. But I am not accepting the efficiency all our life will move according to our fate and luck only, if we have to achieve money, fame, power or something these will happen accordingly and the necessary steps will be done by you with some inspiration that come from a friend, parents, books, person, thought etc etc. So I do not have any belief on efficiency that is only luck.
