Is your clothes closet heated and cooled?

Our last home was way too large for us. It was a two story Cape Cod with 3,000 square feet. We didn't even use the second floor so it was a waste to my way of thinking.
There was one feature in our master bedroom closet in that home that we both miss. We had separate closets for one thing and I miss that. But what I miss most is that our closets had heat and A/C.
I just hung up a shirt in our 'joint' master bedroom closet and I noticed how chilly it is in there. In the summer it gets very warm. Oh how it makes me wish we had a vent in there.
Since we have a full basement it wound't be hard at all to get a vet into that closet - I'll have to plant the seed and see if it grows!
Do you have that luxury in your closet?
Photo is mine.

When we quit working we got rid of our 'dress up stuff' so our closet is fairly empty!

Lol, no we don't have that luxury. The only time our closets are heated or cooled is if we leave the door open. Which is a big pet peeve of mine.

@AbbyGreenhill ..I have one outside wall. I would rather give up the warmth in winter for cool in the hot months of summer

I like mine cool in summer, but warmer in winter. Those outside walls make a difference.

@valmnz We only used the first floor: kitchen/laundry/office/din/living/master br and bath and powder room. The second floor was furnished but we didn't go up there so no cleaning involved.

Our last house the master br closet had two outside walls, the people who had the house built did the right thing putting vents in it. The current house doesn't have that and we miss it. We could always have a vent put in if we plan to stay here forever, which won't happen!

No, our closet doesn't have a vent but it never seems colder or hotter than the bedroom. It would be way to hot to have a vent in there in the winter as the furnace has to run quite a bit of time. I have to close the vent in the small bathroom as it gets too hot.

No, or yes. . . no master closet. Built in wardrobes that share the climate of the room.

Nope no heat or air but my closets are small so no worries there.
