What disease would you cure?

There are too many diseases at this point in time and many of them are still incurable. We are familiar with diabetes, aids, polio, cancer, asthma, and even the common cold, these are some of the incurable diseases. Even with the advancement of technology, still many of these diseases can't still be cured, thus taking away many lives. If you can cure a particular disease with a drug that you've invented, what illness would you cure and why?
