Hi Mylot Friends, In our daily life we are using several products available in glass and plastic containers. We find every time some residue is left over in the container and we are throwing them in the dustbin without using the residual form like ketchup etc etc. The students of Massachusetts institute find a remedy for it by using the non stick coating called "Liquiglide" the bottles and containers with liquiglide coating allows zero waste behind in the bottles, so in near future we may not worry about the left behind in the bottles

I think I would worry more about what is in the liquiglide than wasting a little ketchup.

That seems like an okay idea. But I still use all the bits by simply shaking them with some form of liquid and then using it to make a braise with.

This seems like a really good idea in theory but I would also be concerned about what was in the Liquiglide and whether it would get into the food, and also if it made the product more expensive it would defeat the point a little bit. Very interesting though x
