Hi, I am one of three in a partnership in California. All three partners are in real estate and hold a brokers license. Combined we have many years experience and are currently investing in fixers/flips along with traditional lending and selling of real estate. We are looking to become a net branch in the hardy money arena. My question first off is...does anyone offer a net branch set up? If not, are there any hard money brokers interested in expanding their success and making a strong presence in California? Regards, Steve Randall
