I never knew this, until my herbalist told me about it. She said that SEA SALT contains magnesium, zinc, and potassium and it can draw out the lactic acid from your muscles and ease tension. So, I now add a cup of SEA SALT into the stream of warm water while the bath tub is filling. Then, I just soak for awhile. The other thing she told me is to purchase a body brush, which I did, and spend at least five minutes brushing my skin while bathing. The friction not only increases circulation, but also removes dead skin and makes you feel more alive. This stimulation is worth the time it takes. Make the most of your bath time, to relax, ease tension and stimulate your skin. What do you think about this?

I love the thought of sea salt. I have lived on the coast all my life and listen to the waves crashing on the shore often. Sea salt in your bath can only enhance your bathing experience and be good for you.

Sea Salt is plentiful. We should take advantage of that fact. There are a couple restaurants that I go to from time to time and in the rest room there is a sea salt mixture that is there to wash your hands. I love using it because it really cleanses my skin and makes my hands soft.

I use sea salt in warm water to dip my legs, which relives stress.

Yes, that would be a good thing to do after a day of working at a stressful job or being on your feet all day.
