Doing factory reset on phone now.This like the eight time I did for my LG and the phone is not even six month old. When I do my other phone it will not be a LG it just does not have any memory and today I could not text the key board would work.I should have to factory reset a phone only maybe after they are like a year old or more my last phone was two year old before I did any factory reset.OK that it for now.
