To follow on with my previous discussion, just recently I've read that Pattie Boyd married again at the age of 71 years old.
I just admire how this woman just moved on and didn't stop from her failed relationships. I guess that we are not to judge but let them be where they are most happy. Everyone need to find happiness, contentment and peace in their lives on this earth.
Have you found yours yet?

Yes, indeed. I am sure this will last as they were together for a long time before they got married. All the best to this relationship

@vickyrose I think it is good and if she is happy why not. You don't need to be a spring chicken to get married. Why not be happy in later years too.

@vickyrose Yes, I know, but this is what I read in the article:
QUOTE "Boyd, now 71, wed her long-term partner Rod Weston, a property developer nine years her junior whom she met in the 1980s."
So she met him 35 years ago when she was pretty young.

happiness is temporary but peace and contentment may be permanent.

Age is not a hindrance to marriage. I hope she finds what she needs this time

Good for her. If she feels the need to be a wife, then she should go for it. As for me, I'm done with the whole idea.
