Post Pregnancy Exercise Part 2

So after what was a really bad session in our home made gym 6 days ago, I trained again today. I am only aiming at training once or twice a week at the moment and working from their so I'm not concerned that I haven't trained for 6 days. Today was much better, I did my weights Squats 5x5 sets at 25Kg Chest Press 5x5 at 22.5Kg Rows 5x5 at 22.5Kg Calf Raises 5x5 at 25Kg I found most of it quite easy today except for the chest press which I struggles a little bit with. I also had a little trouble when trying to pick the bar up from the floor for the rows. When I kneeled right down to get it I had a terrible shooting pain through the front of my knee which I have never had before. I ended up putting the bar on the back of the chest press bench so I could just lift it from there for each set instead of kneeling. After my weights I went for a little jog which went much better than last time. Last time I did 1 mile in 15 minutes this time I did 1 mile in 12:45 which is about normal for me a little slow but nothing terrible my post pregnancy personal best is 12:10 so not bad, but the best part of my training was I did my fastest ever post pregnancy 1.5 miles at 19:27 my fasted before today was 20:40. So overall it was much better and I am feeling more positive that last week. Hopefully the improvements will continue. :)

I really struggle lately, any free time I have I just want to sleep but I need to lose weight so I have to keep trying every little bit helps I guess x

When you make up your mind to do something it really does work. I'm much older than you are but I go to the Y 5 days a week, It makes me feel healthy and young.

Gosh I wish I could motivate myself to do that. The gym is in my garage and I only get out there once a week. I do enjoy it once I'm doing it though. Well most of the time anyway and I do feel good when it goes well. By the time we put the baby to bed though I just want to go to sleep
