I thought only butchers, chefs and cooks dealt with meat.
Now I am not so sure 
I thought that beef came only from cows...
but now I also know that is not the case.
It comes from other sources too and has its own sauces depending on who is dishing it up 
I consulted the dictionary and once again learnt that it is never too late to learn:
MyLot = a world of information 
I am sticking with Lamb though

I heard that Lamb with mint sauce is quite tasty, but I have never actually made it to trying the mint sauce.

I make it with the mint that I have growing in pots on my balcony. It's delicious, especially drizzled all over the Lamb when it's hot

Persons who insist on having a beef need to remember that cattle are expensive to keep and if they have a beef they may be left with only a bone to pick eventually.

Not only do I have a beef with you but also a bone to pick. Nowadays they do not give beef without bones.

Ever since we had that "horse meat" scandal, all Irish beef now go through something called "DNA traceback".. to guarantee we are not chowing down shergar

@mysdianait Lol.. well you forgot the hoax a couple of years ago that said McD had human meat in their burgers.. horse meat.. meh! that's nothing!

MysD? It doesn't seem right to treat your threads the way I normally treat everyone else's threads!

do whatever you feel like doing (withi reason of course lol) and whatever you have time for. Unfortunately the time that I have available is not as much as I would like it to be yet which means that I am not yet getting to where I should be - but that is abot to change methinks now that my buttons are fixed
