My Feet Are Cold

How lazy must I be to sit here and endure cold feet rather than get out of my recliner to go upstairs and put on my slippers? My feet are cold because there was a puddle of water in the kitchen where my wife must have dropped an ice cube this morning and when I went out there in my socks I stepped right in the water. The wet socks went into the laundry room. Now I'm sitting here watching a Hallmark Christmas movie, waiting for my wife to get home from work, and wishing my feet weren't so cold. Mercy me but I feel so lazy.

Just put them under your bottom for a while, you'll be fine.

Oh my, you have described just what I sit and do sometimes. Sit at the lap top feeling thirsty, cold, hot what ever instead of doing something about it.
