I've written about myself before, but it's come to my realization I've never really gone into detail, as maybe it should be, but I thought I'd do some random trivia about me. Give information most don't know about me. Maybe some of you can do the same, it'd be interesting to hear more about your lives. First off I'm the youngest of 7 children for my mom and 3 for my dad. I have one full brother who is 3 years older than me. I have a half sister by my dad that is only 3 mos older than me. I didn't know about her until I was 12 and didn't meet her until I was 14 or 15 (well I met her once when I was 2 or 3, but wasn't told who she was, and only vaguely remembered it, I thought she was a cousin, there are pictures from that time) I am now closer to this sister than I am some of my older siblings. Most of my siblings are much older than me. My oldest sibling is 21 years older than me. The next sibling closest to my age apart from my full brother and my half sister from my dad is 10 years older. I have a niece and nephew older than me. I then have 2 who are 2 years younger and 1 who is 4 years younger, after that the age gap is bigger. My oldest half brother is also my cousin, also making his 3 kids my cousins and nieces and nephew as well. My mom had my oldest brother with my dad's half brother, then my dad was the last man she had kids with. (She has 7 kids by 4 fathers). I'm 28 and my mom is 70, my mom had me when she was 41. My parents both come from big families. My mom has 7 siblings as well, there would have been 16 kids, but my grandma lost a lot of babies shortly after they were born due to the RH- factor. My mom also had an older sister who died in a car accident a long time ago, way before I was born. My dad is one of 16 as well, or would have been. My dad's mom had 3 kids with another man before marrying my grandpa and having 13 other kids, but 3 were miscarried, 2 of those being twins. My dad is a twin, he lost his twin brother and younger brother when they drowned while swimming. I never met either of them, because it happened a long time ago way before I was thought of. My grandma had 3 sets of living twins. 2 sets in a row, my dad is the oldest of my grandpa's children along with his twin brother who was actually a bit older than him. Clefts run in my dad's side of the family. My son and 2 of his cousins all have clefts, and they're all the grandchild of a twin. I have more cousins than I actually know, there's too many of us that I can't begin to try and name them all. I know I have 20 first cousins on my mom's side, but their children I can't begin to count, and I have no clue how many first cousins I have on my dad's side. I have a crooked front tooth due to being a klutz. I actually used to have a gap there, but it was filled in when I had to have my tooth capped. I was wearing hiking boots, and my shoe lace actually got caught into the metal clip on the top of my shoe and I fell and broke my front tooth. Over the years the cap moved forward, and now it's crooked. Every single dentist I've seen has asked me how I did it, and then joked about how I'm the first person they have heard of falling because I tied my shoes...it doesn't get any funnier from dentist to dentist. Yet not a single one of them has wanted to recap it. Well that's all I have for now, it'd be interesting to hear from some of you. Just random facts most people may not know about you. I guess for me the majority is about my family, because I myself am not that interesting lol.

lol, I will never forget. I even left out some details. My family life is complicated. It's just something I've grown used to. I used to kind of hide the details because they're so weird, but I have gotten to the point where I don't care who knows. It's part of me whether I like it or not.

@rocky1980 Yup, there's no point in denying it. At the end of the day those are the people who are there for you, and you love them.

@sissy15 you're right. Family is family, complicated or simple. you have accept it the way it is. I love my family too, although sometimes they behave strange and makes it difficult to get along, but next they change again, I mean get back to their normal selves.

It is so astonishing and in my daily life I never heard so complicated relatives as you said . Yeah. it is really an interesting thing and you have so many siblings that you can call their names out sometimes.

Lol, yeah it's complicated that's for sure. I could explain half of it by the time I was 5 or 6. My mom has taken to going down the list before she gets to the right one sometimes. I get called by my sisters names all the time lol. I haven't always been so open about all of it, because it is so complicated and it's just easier not to explain it all. I've had some people who told me my family was incest because they weren't intelligent enough to fully understand. I am doubly related to my brother, but my mom was never with her blood, she apparently just liked my dad's family lol.
