Changing Health Insurance

It's "open season" time again, and for the second year in a row I'm changing health insurance. For 2016 I'm returning to the insurance I left in 2015.
Why?
The company I have now (until 11:59 pm December 31, 2015, that is) just isn't worth the money I'm, ahem, "saving" in premiums. The co-pays are more expensive. I have to argue with them over some prescriptions that my old company had no issue with (once I got a letter from the doctor). Most significantly, there are a couple of doctors I can't see with the current insurance that I could on my once and future insurance.
I'll be at a concert on New Year's Eve, or else I'd be having an "old insurance card" shredding party to ring in the new year!

We have a great insurance plan through my employer, and the network of doctors and specialists have been amazing! But a good insurance plan comes at a steep price...our premiums are outrageous! And the cost just seems to be keep going up every year! But I can't complain too much, because: 1) we'd be in serious trouble without insurance; and 2) Obamacare requires that we all have insurance now, so might as well make it a good insurance plan!
